Whip Lily of Crusade

Lily's razor whip has a charging experience and sometimes a few other tricks too. Her whip can manifest the use of several powers and even she doesn't know all it's capabilities. Lily can be an angry lady and not good to cross in combat. She combines a form of dance with her whip that's devastating to behold.
